Engineering Methods Could Aid Dentistry, Medicine
The same engineering methods used to build safe, sturdy jet engines might one day help your dentist or doctor determine how soon that cracked tooth or stress fracture will need attention. Jamie Kruzic, OSU assistant professor of mechanical engineering, is studying how these engineering concepts might be relevant to human anatomy.
